Return Policy

Please read carefully before making your purchase.


We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore accept returns for unworn and undamaged goods with a value below 5'000 CHF per item.

Please contact us before purchase, if the item is above 5'000 CHF and you have concerns about the option for a return.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to place a return request.

To file a return request, please visit our Return Center, to start the process.

Requirements to return an article:

- You file a return request within 14 days of receiving your package
- The returned articles are in unworn condition and not damaged
- The articles are returned in their original packaging

As soon as the articles arrive at our warehouse, we need a maximum of one week to process the return and issue the refund or exchange the product.
We reserve the right to decline your return, should the returned articles not meet the return requirements. In this case we will contact you per mail.

 

Following articles are not returnable:

- Personalised products (for example with engravings)
- Ringsizer, Giftcards, Items on sale
- Custom made products
- Products ordered through the configurator

 

Cost of return: (outside of Switzerland)

We offer to split the return costs which are usually 40.00 EUR with the customer. Therefore, all returns outside of Switzerland will cost 20.00 EUR. There will be no further costs (like Taxes, Duties, Insurance, etc.) and the package will be shipped per DHL Express. You can have DHL pick up the package at your doorstep.

If the package is sent to us without the provided return label and not declared correctly, we reserve the right to either decline the delivery or charge the customer with incurred costs like taxes and duties.

  

Cost of return: (inside Switzerland)

Please use the Return Center to receive all the necessary instructions. The return costs have to be paid by the customer.

 

If you have to return a product because it is damaged or delivered wrongfully, we will take care of the return costs. Please contact our support team to inform us.
