Can I return my Order?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to place a return request. To file a return request, scan the QR Code with your order or visit our return center.
Are there additional shipping or import costs?
We offer free shipping on all our products and there are no additional charges after your purchase through our website.
Is the shipping insured?
GG&CO insures all orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, we will have to open an investigation with the carrier to investigate the details.
How can I get an Item repaired?
If you have a piece of jewelry from us that needs to be repaired, you are welcome to contact us via contact form and we will get back to you within 2-3 working days. You will then receive a shipping label with instructions by email from one of our support staff.
If you are in the vicinity, you are of course welcome to drop it off in person. However, we would be grateful if you could contact us in advance so that we can arrange an appointment.
Can I resize my order?
Almost all products can be resized. Depending on the complexity, there are additional charges.

How do I care for my jewlery?
If you don't have our cleaning kit, you can pour warm water into a bowl, add a little dishwashing liquid to the water, put your jewelry in there and clean it with a soft brush.
Can my jewelry get wet?
While most of our products can get wet without any problems, we still recommend removing the jewelry during the following activities to promote longevity
- Showering, swimming in a pool, hot tub or in the sea
- Household or outdoor chores
- Excersising at the gym or during contact sport
